The Wellington Neighborhood Association holds two regular Association meetings a year. During these meetings Association business is reviewed, budgets and elections are approved, and they provide a great opportunity to make your voice heard by attending and participating in the meeting and open forum which follows the regular agenda. Design Review Committee

Most physical improvements or modifications to lots or structures must be approved by the Design Review Committee before work commences.
